Allow Me to Introduce Myself

Fitness has always been my passion. I played multiple sports growing up, and competed as a Division I scholarship swimmer for the University of Louisville.  After my competition days ended, I pursued my passion by running a half-marathon, swimming, training, and staying active.

Today, I’m still active! I am a mother of three energetic boys and seem to always be chasing O’Connor boys! When I’m not at a baseball field, soccer match, or swim meet, I’m caring for patients when they need it the most as a Registered Nurse. 

I joined the Faster Way to Fat Loss as a client in 2020 after my third pregnancy. I was searching for a program I could maintain and live. The Faster Way helped me regain my shape, my energy, and my mental wellness. It was so impactful for me that I became a Certified Coach in late 2020 with a goal to transform the lives of those around me and to set a good example of fitness and nutrition for my boys! I’ve been living the Faster Way for almost four years and wouldn’t have it any other way!

As a Certified Coach, I can share my passion for fitness and nutrition (dual bachelor’s degrees in exercise science and nursing) with others, and empower my clients by encouraging small changes that have BIG impacts. 

No matter your age or activity level, together we can set you on a path to start living your best life!

Who We Are

As your Faster Way Coach, I will be your personal guide as you learn and adapt to the program. I tailor everything to your individual needs.

In the program we focus on three core principles: intermittent fasting, whole food nutrition, and activity. These three core principles can produce life changing results over time!

Don’t let intimidation scare you away! I will introduce you to the program and gradually work in the elements at your own pace. Over time, these will become healthy habits to help you feel better and more energetic!

You will also become part of the Faster Way community! A community full of people just like you positively supporting and encouraging each other to reach their goals.

Daily activity goals designed for you! We offer daily, guided workout routines for both at home and gyms. Modifications available and encouraged based on your fitness level.
